All orders are processed within 72 hours excluding weekends and holidays after receiving your order confirmation email.

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer international shipping to the US, UK etc.  Orders may take 2-7 business days to ship locally and 10 to 15 days internationally. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Toolie best quality products is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
